Spring Cooler Punch (Non-alcoholic)
Ingredients
- 4 cups sugar
- 6 cups water
- 5 bananas
- 1 (6-oz) can water
- 1 (12-oz) can frozen orange juice
- 1 (6-oz) can frozen lemonade
- 1 (42-oz) can pineapple juice
- 3 quarts ginger ale
Instructions on how to prepare a Spring Cooler Punch (Non-alcoholic)
Boil sugar and 6 cups water in large saucepan for 3 minutes. Cool. Mash bananas in blender. Set aside. Combine can of water, orange juice, lemonade, pineapple juice, and bananas in a large bowl. Add sugar syrup; blend well.
Freeze mixture ofr at least 24 hours. Remove mixture from freezer 1 hour before serving. Using a fork, break frozen punch into smaller pieces. Add ginger ale. Continue blending to a sluchy consistency.
Yield: 50 punch cup servings
