Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. Scotch
• 1/2 oz. triple sec
• 1/2 oz. lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp. bar sugar
• 1 whole egg
• sparkling water

Instructions on how to prepare a Derby Fizz

Combine all ingredients except water with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour over ice cubes into chilled Collins glass. Fill with sparkling water and stir gently.
